We take the security of our website and information seriously. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. Security is an ongoing effort, and we welcome reports from the community.

Vulnerability Disclosure (How to Report)

If you believe you’ve found a security issue affecting our Site:

1. Email info@eemssolutions.com with subject “Security Report.”
   
   
2. Include a clear description, affected URL(s), steps to reproduce, and any proof-of-concept.
   
   
3. Do not publicly disclose the issue until we’ve had a chance to investigate and address it.
   
   

We aim to acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and will keep you informed as we triage and remediate. At this time, EEMS does not offer a bug bounty program or paid rewards.

Safe-Harbor Principles (Good-Faith Research)

We will not pursue legal action against security researchers who:

• Act in good faith, avoid privacy violations or service disruption,
  
  
• Do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability, and
  
  
• Give us a reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure.
  This safe harbor does not apply to actions that are unlawful, exploitative, or harmful.
  
  

Out-of-Scope / Prohibited Testing

• No DDoS, spam, social engineering (including phishing), or physical security testing.
  
  
• No attempts to access other users’ data, personal information, or confidential materials.
  
  
• No automated scanning that could degrade service.
  
  
• Do not submit or attempt to transmit CUI, SSI, classified, or export-controlled information through our public forms.

Incident Reporting

If you believe your information may have been exposed or misused, contact us immediately at info@eemssolutions.com. We will investigate, take appropriate action, and communicate as required by law.
