  2. Include your name, contact information, a description of the issue, relevant dates, and any supporting details.

  3. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to provide a response or next steps within 30 calendar days.

You may also pursue external remedies with applicable federal/state agencies as permitted by law.

Confidentiality

EEMS will handle requests and complaints discreetly and will share information only as necessary to address the matter or as required by law.
