Exquis Executive Management Solutions (EEMS) is committed to conducting business with integrity, fairness, and respect for human rights. We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, fraud, or human trafficking in any form.

Our Commitments

  • Zero-tolerance for bribery and corruption. We prohibit giving, offering, requesting, or accepting anything of value to improperly influence a decision—public or private.

  • Accurate books and records. We maintain truthful, timely records that reflect transactions fairly.

  • Fair dealing. We compete on merit, comply with procurement rules, and avoid anti-competitive practices.

  • Respect for human rights. We prohibit forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and modern slavery across our operations and supply chain.

  • Responsible gifts & hospitality. Modest, lawful courtesies may be permitted, but anything intended to influence a decision—or that creates the appearance of influence—is prohibited.

  • Conflicts of interest. We disclose and manage potential conflicts promptly.

  • Third-party standards. We expect our partners, suppliers, and subcontractors to uphold these standards.

Applicable Expectations

We align our conduct with applicable anti-bribery and anti-trafficking laws and contract clauses. We expect employees and partners to know and follow the rules that apply to their work and location.
